Time and Effort: Substantial time and effort are invested in planning, developing, and delivering the project from the moment it begins.
Collaborative Process: The development process is highly collaborative, involving ongoing client input, which means that value is delivered incrementally throughout the project.
3. Client Satisfaction
While we do not offer refunds, client satisfaction is our top priority. We encourage clients to communicate any concerns during the development process so we can address them promptly. We strive to ensure that the final product meets or exceeds expectations.
4. Exceptions
In rare cases, exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the Company. Any exception must be documented in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the project. Confidential information may not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
