The Challenge
Drivers and corporate fleet managers faced significant friction when trying to check, track, and clear vehicle traffic violations. Finding pending court and police echallans across various RTO jurisdictions was slow, security pathways were questionable, and payments took days to reflect on official ledgers, causing severe delays and compliance issues.
Our Approach
We built an ISO 27001 compliant rapid-lookup gateway. The system securely connects with official government Parivahan APIs to fetch nationwide pending challans based on vehicle registration numbers. The interface allows users to view violation details, select multiple records, process instant 256-bit SSL encrypted payments strictly through Razorpay, and trigger immediate ledger synchronization.

Results
Confirmations are pushed back to government virtual court ledgers in real time. Drivers and fleet operators can resolve violations and download court-validated PDF receipts in under two minutes. Gopal Krishna, a logistics fleet manager, reported that the corporate fleet dashboard saved massive capital and streamlined central tracking for 200+ trucks.
